Are there any snails in your tank? I have them and they can eat a small fish body like a neon in like 20 minutes. I havent seen the bodies of a fish under 2 inches in a while. they just dissapera. thats why I have to count the fish often. Iv also heard that some plecos will do the same.

I have 12 neons and only every so often do I see the ALL together, I thought that my pleco ate them as well, but they have a habit of hiding, I have no idea where they do, but they hide, only when its feeding time do they come out.Even then they only come out in small groups, so I have really no idea how many I have, lol.
