Missing Amano

I have an eclipse 3 with 2 Amano shrimp in it. For the last few days i have been seeing only one of the Amanos out getting food and what not and just yesterday i cleaned the aquarium and was realizing the more and more i cleaned that the amano was completly gone!!!!!!!!!!!!
He is no where to be found.
Does anyone know what could have happened to him?
I know he wasn't eaten because the fish i have in there are all less than an in big and their mouths are barely big enouugh to eat food.
Any ideas?

shrimp eat shrimp. i can't count how many times i saw a big ghost shrimp from one of mytanks walking around munching on the remnants of a smaller shrimp.

if one of them kicked the bucket, the other probably ate it.
