Mix and match CF lamp and fixture?

Hi all,

I'm a bit unhappy with the lighting on my 10g tank, and I'm considering replacing it with a 20" Coralife Aqualight. Trouble is, that's a marine fixture and comes with a 50/50 lamp, one part of which is actinic. I was thinking of replacing it with a 6700k 28w square-pin lamp. It seems to me this should be a straight swap, but are there any incompatibilities I'm unaware of? (I wrote the manufacturer over the weekend, but no response.)

So long as the fixture accepts square pin assemblies, then that should be fine.
