Mixed cichlid tank

Im a bit new to this forum, well this is my tank, it holds about 27 fishes, its too small for them, its just 30g tank, any good advices,the hood is gone for repair ,its a bit dull

a 30 gallon tank with 26 African cichlids and a single convict? you want some really GOOD advice? get a 110 gallon tank - OR - trade in those African cichlids for some other species that can fit in 30 gallons. your current set-up is going to kill the vast majority of your fish ... sooner rather than later.
