I would like to purchase in the future 3 more cories for my other cories. I was wondering if I would be able to mix the different types of cories. I would like to get 3 panda cories for my 3 albino cories. Would that be okay or should I just get 3 more albino cories?

Hi,

I have a mixed shoal of 10 Cories and they do great together.

It is really up to you at the end and what you want to do.

But I do have to say, a shoal of six Albinos would look cool together.

I got 6: a bronze, spotted, green and 3 emerald green.

All happy schooling, sleeping and snuffling in the substrate together.

okay then, I'll just be getting 3 panda cories (after a while, of course :D), which would go with the 3 Albino cories :)

Thank you :)

My Albinos will happily accept and shoal with anyone, even Danios! The only warning I would have about mixing is with Sterba. They are very friendly cories and get along well with others, but mine did definitely prefer their own kind. I'm down to only 2 now after losing 2 others to illness and the 2 hang out together and don't really mix too much with the others.
