Mixing K2SO4

i have k2so4 and chuck's aquarium calculator says 5 teaspoons will dissolve into 250ml.

i use RO to mix, but i still have alot of solid k2so4 in the bottom.

not mixing it long enough ?

It's better to mix small quantities of K2SO4(and some other nutrients) and then, when dissolved you can pour them into a large container if you want to.
Since you've got a batch started.......keep stirring and shaking.
