Mixing Tetras

Can you mix tetras to get a school? In other words, in my 10 gallon, can i mix 3 rummynose with 3 neons to form a school of 6?

they wont school if thats what youre asking

if you want rummynozes, at least a 15 gallon tank is best.

I have serpaes and red eyes and unfortunately, they never school together.

as a matter of fact, i can give you some personal experience on this one...

when i had my rummy noses in my ten gallon w/ the neons, they often schooled together, however, they did occasionally separate into species schools.
