Moderator "luv"

While there are times when the word "addiction" has be used to describe sploke's attention to this site its a worthwhile cause. (mainly when he wont get off the computer to let me on!)
Thank you all for the many volunteer hours and all the work you guys do not only in moderating the site but creating all the extra contests that are offered.

I love the mods! They may not be perfect, but who is? A lot of other sites have REALLY obnoxious mods, who will ban people for no reason at all.
 
They have the patience of saints. Who else would spend their time to gently remind us when we get out of line:
"Children........ play nice!"

Yeah but I basically work on the principle of negative reinforcement...ranging from a mild scolding to a whack with a stick of some kind.

I do admire the staff here. They have a good working knowledge of the subject matter and have a good feel for when to shut something down and when to let us run amok in the silly fashion we can.

I have seen no real examples of heavy handed behavior they only come down when it is needed.

MG is so cool

I would like to say THANK YOU to all of the mods for the amount of time, knowledge and energy you give to this site. None of us can know exactly how much of yourself you give. Without you this site would not be the class act that I feel it is. Thank you for caring enough to make sure that the posts on this site are appropriate for everyone's eyes. Thank you for sharing your vast amount of knowledge. Thank you for giving the slaps on the hand when needed. Thank you for giving support to those when their tanks/ponds are crashing and they don't know why. Thank you for lending the shoulder to cry on when a beloved pet passes. Thank you for being the authority when needed. I could go on and on, but in short.

Thank you for being the unsung hero that you are. Who gets the brunt of abuse from those who think they have been wronged and who is the first we run to when we need help!

Again I give you my thanks.
