Moisture in Heater

Got a significant amount of Moisture buildup in my heater around the temp sensor area , Its a tronic by Hagen submersible one.
Has anyone else seen this in their heaters? Think its time to replace it , bit of corrosion on the inside around these parts as well. Just wanted to know if anyone else has seen this in thiers and if i should still go with a tronic heater, this one is apx 3 to 4 yrs old .and is a 200 watt.. Any and all input is appreciated

I have never seen this with my heaters but would think this means that the seal has been broken in some way. If so there could be a risk of electrocution. So I would say probably time for a new heater. I have only used ebo Jager so some one else will have to comment on the tronic.
