i HAVE 2 Mollies that are pregnant... I have them quarantined in a plastic breeder box inside the tank.... There bellies look like there ready to blow... How long can you keep the mothers in the quarantine tank? I have no idea when there going to give birth... I bought them preg.

Be careful with the breeder boxes. Some momma fish dislike them and will abort their fry. I also disagree with the cooler water thing. I know it's commonly done, but let's face it, giving birth isn't easy, it is stressful. Is adding to the stress by forcing a rapid temp change on them making it any better? Just my $.02, carry on.
