Oof yeah. And ideally mollies need a 30g or larger too as they can grow large. 4-6" depending on species. And given yours is a marble lyretail as seen on your other post, she's gonna get larger than the boys.
What I'd recommend is either getting a new tank and move the female over there and keep just the boys in the 20g, or get much larger to move all of them and increase your female ratio big time there.

I dont usually recommend it, BUT if you are unable to upgrade or get another tank, then it's not totally the end of the world, but if unable to upgrade or do another tank, maybe either rehome just the female and keep an all male tank with no other upper level fish, or keep 1 male and the female, and exchange the other boys for another female or 2.
