I have a female black lyretail molly by itself being treated with medication. Im using gel tek for flexibacter as it is getting whites spots on it, however those spots do not really resemble ich or velvet. They appear to be Black Molly Disease which is a flexibacter. Anyway. I changed the water today and now theres a tons a little round orange things on the bottom. They had to come from the molly, theres nothing else in there. They look like eggs but mollies dont lay eggs. Can a molly expel unfertilized eggs?

Yes, actaully all livebearers can. This occurs when a fish is stressed for the most part..

Ok, thanks for replying so quickly. Ive never seen that before and it freaked me out a little bit. Thats a lot of eggs, I dont know how it even fit all those in its body, theres atleast 45 eggs in the container.

Yeah..mollies can have lots of babies. I have had it to occur after purchasing fish while transporting them home. The eggs would be in the bag as well as some under-developed fry..
