I currently have a 90 gallon tank setup and running for a couple of years.Stock list is giant danios x3, cory cats x4, silver tetras x3, ottosx 5,and gold dust mollies x 8,and a few baby molly fry. I have recently setup a 29 gallon and removed 10 molly fry and a single cory cat.

I want to add something to the 90 gallon tank that will help keep number of fry to a minimum, they would have to not bother other inhabitants at least not too much.I hope this does not offend anyone but The local lfs do not want to take them, and I cannot afford to setup another tank for a while.

Just wanted to see if anyone could give some advice on this..Thanks.

I gave one of my female Bettas to my sister in law for her 30 gallon, which was filled with Platies and fry. Guess what, a week later she called me to ask me to take back My Betta, all the fry were gone you see, they tried to hide but she found them everywhere, a quick and agile hunter!

That is a good one,I never even gave a female betta a thought.
I was wondering if some kind of dwarf cichlid would be able to help keep fry numbers down. I have no experience with them so Maybe someone else could give mean some input on this. I am going to keep an eye out for a female betta though

Maby some Bala Sharks mine try to eat my molly fry all the time, im not sure if they evere to catch them tho. If your thinking about cichlids put a few dwarf africans cichlids in the 29 and feed the fry to them. I have a 55 and 29 with dwarf african cichlids in the 29 and they love the fry from mollys and swardtails that I have in my 55 with some ballas and guramies. Dwarf guramies will eat them too if they can catch them (if there is not too many places for the fry to hide.)

some blue rams, or an angel would work well
