Molly Issues- Does he have the shimmies?

well the one on the outside looked more like he hurt himself while spinning on his face but his whole face underneath his skin was reddish. He was white so... Im just really confused because after he died all the color (red) went away

thank you. I try and learn from any death so it doesn't happen again if i have a chance to help but i don't even understand what happened with him :(
 
so no one knows what couldve happened?
 
I've been searching and trying to research this, but nothing definitive. Especially strange is the fact that the redness in his face went away after death.... I'm baffled....

ammonia poisoning possibly? I know that I had a fish that got it and they had a lot of red streaks. I had thought it was septicemia, but it turned out it was ammo. poisoning. What are your params?
