Molting?

I have found a couple of white looking shrimp in my RCS tank. At first I thought a couple of my shrimp might have died, but the two times I have found a dead shrimp they look like cooked shrimp (all pink). Are the clear looking shrimps their skin?? Do RCS molt??

yes they molt and it does look like clear shrimp

good thing i found this out lol should u take it out of the tank or leave it?

don't take out. leave the shell in, other shrimps will eat it to enhance their own shell structures.

how awesome, this answered my question, lol.. i too have those white color shrimp.. but they're suppose to be all clear.. awesome!!
