The issue with breeding just about anything besides shrimp is that you're going to need more than one tank. Figure one tank for the broodstock and at least one or two for growout. Most fry need to be removed from the broodstock tank so they don't get eaten, and you'll most likely need to grow them out for at least 4-6 months or so to get them to saleable size.

And this is figuring on one generation at a time. As the parents continue to breed you either have to continue to add growouts or figure on making your sales at 4-6 months and wait another 4-6 months for the next group to go out. You'd need to plan on having enough stock available every month as you sell out.
