The light is mearly for my pleasure. (except the main lighting which is for plants(if they ever grow).

i have two 25 watt blue party bulbs over my 37 gallon tank.
moonlighting has been known to cause spawining behavoir in many fish and corals.

are you sure that is an acitanic (blue) light? it does look orange in color...
