MOONSTONE BRAIN TROUBLES!

I just have a quick suggestion, all though I'm pretty new to the saltwater hobby. I spot feed my brain coral with garlic enriched mixture of brine and mysis. For the first while that we had it we just fed a drop of phytomax (once a week it's a 10 gallon tank)and coral vite every second day. We were starving it, it's tentacles started showing everyday. I researched and heard that they needed to be fed regularly. I gave it a try with a small tube baster and wow does it love it. Now every night when we feed, it's tentacles expand so I squeeze some food into the dropper and put it close to the tentacles and they grab and pull the food off. The coolest thing I've ever seen. It has never been happier...

Like I said just and Idea. It might be hungry... But the other two(fishiness and Germanmann)do know what they are talking about...

Good luck with it...

thats good advice!
i almost never feed my brains because i feed the fish kinda heavy and they get leftovers and my lights are strong enough but that idea may work if it seems to be hungry.

Thank you I will start spot feeding.

Ok by the next morning it was gone. I have been spot feeding and all seems well.

THANKS TO ALL THAT HELPED!!!!!!! I'll keep you up to date.

I am still curious to find out what it was. I have been researching it and have found NOTHING!! Oh well I'll keep looking and let you all know if I find anything.

Glad to hear it's ok, did the feeding go well?

Yeah he seems kind of receded today but late last night I saw him pooping so I fugure he is just resting. His flesh isn't receded just his feeders.
