I have a couple of questions too. One of them is on the opposite end of the tank as the shell pit. Will it find the pit? Also, is it normal for a couple of them to not enter a shell right away?

Looking good, and yea that loner will eventually find the shells. Even though they might look kinda spooked now, once settled they'll swim all around the tank (at least that was my experience, the first week they didn't leave the shells at all, I had to do extra wc's just to suck up all the uneaten food around them, now they're all over picking all the food up).

I'd also suggest you spread out the shells more, won't see as much aggression this way.

Getting scared with fish shipment is normal. 13 months ago, I was scared to death with my mbuna shipment making a 1 day trip from Kentucky to Puerto Rico.

Really pissed off about this. I had to pull a big one out to take the big flush today. In a matter of five minutes it went from fine to upside down in a plant. I did the usual autopsy, no signs of aggression, no fungus, spots, etc. No other fish appear bothered (atleast the ones that stick out of their shells).:rant2:

Stress was the culprit i wouldn't worry too much out of my 11 Atlantis Brevis 9 of them are going strong.. you will lose new fish from time to time..
