I know there is a lot of info in the forum about blue rams and I have already read almost all of it, but I just wanted to ask a question more closely tailored to my particular situation.

I have a 10 gallon with 5 panda cory in it. I would like to add 2 blue rams if possible. Does this sound feasible? Also, I really don't want my cory to get beat up in there, so if this is a problem then I'll keep looking for another fish.

Any other tips or info is appreciated, possibly a really great site with lots of info on these guys?

When my Rams breed my cories seem to get the worst of it, but at least they are in a 60g tank and therefore have room to get out of the way. In a 10g that wouldn't be the case. Even though it hasn't happened to me I have heard cases of cories losing eyes to breeding Rams. Even if your cories were not harmed the stress of being chased all the time won't be good for them.

I don't think it would be a good idea. My Rams are in a community tank and I have no problems but I don't have an real bottom dwellers. If I did, I think the rams would chase them away;.

My rams chase the cories, but never have hurt them. Though I have much more floor space than a 10 gallon provides. I wouldn't put them together in a tank that small.

Thanks for the input, I guess I figured as much anyways. I really like my cories and don't want to do anything to stress them out. Plus, I had doubts about putting the rams in there from the start. I guess my search for the perfect tankmates continues....

Maybe I'll direct that question towards the general freshwater forum.

Thanks again folks.
