More corys

I went to my local mom and pop store to get 4 cories and they were like 4 cories for 10 quid and i had 15 quid so got 7 of them. Employee who was catching them for me caught accidentaly a mystery livebearer fry with them as well and got her for free LOL & IDK if she a gupppie fry or anything else as she sooo pale for now xD
They did no have bronze corys so got 7 albinos as they are the same genus of c. aeneus so it still cool with me and my 2 bronze cories.

Yes. I got free swordtail female once, from my chain store. She had very serious finrot and her dorsal never grew back, the employee who gave me her, told me that nobody would buy her. Ppl dont want sick fish.

That's funny, FA74. I had a friend years ago who had a 7" oscar and bought a bag of feeder goldfish, and when he got it home and released them he found a 4" green sunfish in it that he guesses the store owner didn't even realize was in the tank just because there were so many fish in there. Old Hazel, the owner of the shop, never counted feeders; she always just ran a net through the tank and eyeballed it, which usually led to a lot of extras and definitely led to him not being noticed until John got it home.

sorry for a bad pic. She still bit skittish. I believe she grew up with cories that i bought and probably with many other generations of albino corydoras and she been seen to hide with them when i was putting them in the bucket so i hope to see her around with cories.

Thanks WYite! I sure gonna protect her, but am prety sure she is past that ”runt” age by looking at her size, which is close to 1cm tbc, and therefore higher chance of survival.

Just looked for her. No sign of her. Gonna look later for her, she might be hiding somewhere in the tank. New environment for her.
