more fish for my tank.

ok so i got a 135 gallon tank. i currently have a blue hippo tang,yellow tang,2 true perculas,lawnmower blenny and a a small gobie.its going to be a reef tank. i want to know if anyone has any suggestions for new fish.

1. they have to be a good colorful fish, like a hippo tang, flame angel or a moorish idol.

2. i dont want any more small fish, i want something that gets at least 5 inches.

3. has to be reef safe.

4. has to be able to get along with all the fish i currently have, they will all eventually find their way to the 135.

i would be happy if anyone can make a suggestion. i have searched and havnt really seen anything that i like. i would never have found my green banded gobie if it wasnt for mogurnda posting a pic. all im asking for is a name, ill go find the pics if i have that. i would appreciate any help you guys and gals can give. just planning for later right now but i would like to be able to have my list of fish that im gonna keep well ahead of the time i get them.
 
thats exactly the kind of stuff that im looking for. i like a few of them. i would like to have a flame angel but im kinda worried he might harrass my greenbanded gobie. i have made a deal with my fish. whatever i got stays. ill not get rid of any fish i have to make room for another one. my goby is only about 3/4 inch long. has anyone else had a flame angel in with such a small fish? i have a freind that has one, and its kinda mean to other fish, so i dont have much on them except is. i think it would live in fresh water with alligators for years!!lol any more helpful links and names would be appreciated. thanks for yours redhaulhus.

If you can swing sufficient substrate for it, jawfish are great. They will literally play hide and seek type games with you. The pearly/yellow head jawfish needs a 5-6" DSB with at least 25% larger grain sand than sugar fine to construct a burrow. A 135 is big enough to have multiple of them, and they'll occaisionally do mating dances with each other. They won't cope so well with aggressive fish though...

A school of chromis or cardinals could be very nice (again go for peaceful), but if you want larger fish, you'd probably want just blue reef chromis, which can reach 5" in captivity.

Unfortunately, the majority of fish that get over 5" long and are brightly colored might eat your goby. I wouldn't trust anything much more aggressive than a clownfish with that goby, from my reading. A dwarf angel might be safe, but a larger angel would be dangerous. The safer hawkfishes tend to eat gobies, so theyre out too. The reef-safe wrasses are a good bet, as redpaulhus suggested.

Maybe check out a queen angel....they are very colorful and pretty i think.

Queen Angels are not considered reef safe. But they are magnificant fish.

At almost 1.5 feet, queen angels also get too big for a 135. They are really beautiful fish, but most holacanthus need exceptionally large tanks.
