More Snails

I’m getting ready to add some fighting conchs to the tank. It’s a 120 gal and at present I have 20 astraeas very small ones and 20 assorted hermits that are not doing a very good job on the sand bed or detritus. My question is how many conchs do I add? Also there is 25 lb of LR and 50 lb of not so live rock.

I contacted all 6 of the LFS in my city and nobody has a fighting conch or even tries to stalk conches of any type, 3 of theme didn’t even know what I was talking about. Thankfully in todays age theirs the internet. One told me I just needed a couple more blennies and three to five watchman gobys. At least they would stir up the sand with all the fighting, :idea: maybe I could sell tickets.

Got 9 fighters today had to order over the internet.

The 9 turned out to be 12, ether someone lost count or they are prolific breeders. I like it when I get more than I expected.
