Hi,

I'm just wondering what those of you who have made moss walls used to hold the moss in. I picked up some window screen, but the holes look to be about 2-3 mm across. The two guides I've read, the guys used 8 mm. Has anyone done it with a smaller gauge?

Thanks!

Try using the craft plastic stuff...cant call the name of it atm... You buy it in the craft section.

Ok, didn't think I could get away with the screen. I guess I will track some of that stuff down. Thanks!

I would recommend the craft stuff.. window screening can be made of different material including steel.
the craft stuff I find is plastic

Are there any threads about how to make a moss wall? I don't think I've seen one before but it sounds interesting, might be an option of my 10 gallon tank.

I know that there is a seller on ebay that sells the moss walls but in the description section she gives you step by step on how to make your own even telling you what material to use. (not to bright, if you ask me):wall:
The plastic canvas is sold at every craft store nation wide even in WalMart. Very cheap and easy to work with. I had planned to do this with one of my tanks also just hadn't done it. Good Luck with your project hope it goes well.
