Has anyone ever tried caviar? I did once. This was at a Super Bowl party back in 1998. It was a potluck party, and since the host was a chef, people tried to bring dishes that were imaginative or at least different. One person brought deviled eggs topped with caviar (eggs on eggs).

For the record, caviar smells like fish and tastes like salt.

thats because they cure it with salt, but if you try it on a cracker the texture will make you gag. iam sure that if left uncured this would be preety good fish food.

one question, WHY? Why do rich people eat the leftover parts of fish? And dirt nuggets dug outta the ground?
