I think tenellus looks great and will do well, especially with CO2. However...if time is not a problem and the tank is very balaced, crypt parva is amazing. I had a small patch in my 10 gallon tank that lloked great after many months. The problem is that since it is slow growing, if things in the tank are unbalanced, it will grow algae. The only recourse is to use a little hydrogen peroixde to combat it. If you have the time and patience try the parva. IME, dwarf sag grows way too high to form a nice low carpet.
