my LFS has some really big plants I was wondering how do I seperate . The main large root is very long can you cut into two plants?? Please help!!

I think that you are talking about the Anubias rhizome, long central horizontal stem-like structure with leaves and branches off one side and roots off the other. Yes, it can be divided by razor blade or knife. Do not bury the rhizome or it is likely to rot.
