Does my Boesemani Rainbow fishes have a mouth fungus or a fin fungus. Sorry about the pics but thats a clear as i could get after 45 pics. There lips are white and the edge of there fins are white

It LOOKS like a mouth fungus, but it's hard to tell with the pics. As far as the fins go, I can't remember off hand, but it seems that the bosemani's have a white edge on the dorsal, though like I said, my memories sketchy here.
