Moving 45g Tank help!

I was told rubbermaid containers also work. Since I don't have the time to go to walmart (its 45 minutes away from where i live) I think the rubbermaid containers will do fine.

Rubbermaid works great. I recommend wrapping it in a couple towels, though - especially if the lid isn't completely tight. I used tupperware to transport my fish, and it leaked out the corners every time we took a turn (going through neighborhoods was awful, but the highway was uneventful). Plus, as someone suggested earlier, it helps maintain constant temperature if there's some sort of insulation.

EMERGENCY UPDATE!!!!!

The TANK I had planned to get cracked at my friends house. Luckily the fish were saved and are now in his 10 gallon.



I finally convinced my parents to go to the local walmart and I picked up a 55g kit with stand. I have pictures that I will be placing on here soon.
