Oh one more thing, it would not be a bad idea to test your water daily after the move to make sure the biofilter did survive intact. It should make it but the rule of thumb is hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

I completely forgot the not feeding for 24 hrs part. I did that too. The idea is the fish don't have anything in them to produce waste in the bag (although in an established aquarium there's always something to eat). You might even try 48 hrs to be safer, but you should be fine w/24.

Only time I moved fish was when I bought a 180 with fish included
moved them about 45 mins so with break down and set up of tank about 3 hours out of the tank
Most did ok
I lost one bristle nose pleco in 1st 24 hours and a redtail shark after about 3 days ( i think a green terror bullied him to death )
everyopne else was fin 25 + fish

The ammolock will take care of any ammonia they make. The reason I reccomend no feeding is to slow down their metabolism reducing oxygen demands.
