moving feather duster

hey! -
what's a good way to move a feather duster that has attached itself to a rock? is it ok just to pull it off? unfortunately, it attached itself right next to another duster, and i'd kind of like to spread them out a bit.

It's not a good idea to move them once they have attached. You can, and most likely will, damage the tube when trying to detach them which could kill it.

I would not attempt to move it...if possible, move the rock its attached too.
