Ft Drum NY
I have a HUGE problem in the near future...
I'm stationed at FT Drum right now, but I just came down on orders to FT Stewart, Georgia..
I need help transferring some of my livestock! I have NO IDEA how to make this happen, and I don't want to take it all.. I have a yellow tang, porcupine puffer, a baby moray (about 6 inches long) a small coral and a tiny mushroom colony I'd love to take with me. The rest of my livestock will likely be donations to whoever wants them.
So, I need to find a place that will house my animals, then ship them to me once my 90 is set back up and cycled. This shouldn't take too long; I'm gonna smuggle some sand and water from the ocean, an hour away from FT Stewart.
Can anyone offer any suggestions? I'm going to contact the LFS's in the hopes of some help. I would HATE to give all my animals away, or worse...

Wasn't into saltwater (and didn't a chance to get into fish while I was in the area) but I can tell you that 3ID just got back from their deployment, so their next rotation should be a bit...you'll have time to keep your fish :) Goodluck with your move.

Honestly, that doesn't even matter. I have a bad knee, and I'm non-deployable (They'll love me when I get there!) so, I'll have TONS of time for my fish!

I'm gonna start collecting buckets for monthly ocean runs.. You just can't beat the real thing when it comes time for water changes..
