moving oscar to bigger tank help

Man i had a dresser that my grampa made and i have kept many aquariums on there i had a 55g on there and it was fine i also had a 25g and a 30g on it no prblems the thing fell out of the truck while going about 50 kph and nothing but a chip

When I was moving my Oscar to a larger tank I just put a bucket on its side in the tank while I was taking out the water and gently corralled him into it when the water was low enough. Then just turned over the bucket, covered it with the towel and took it out. After that I just dropped the bucket and fish into the new tank and let him come out when he was ready.
