Sadly, Ms. Magenta died today. I believe that she was eggbound. She was my only female, so until i sell some shrimp to buy some more females, there will be no clutches in my future.

she had just laid a clutch, i was honestly expecting several clutches from her...i could see a darkness in her shell where the eggs form...pretty sure she died from not laying the clutches i so desperately wanted.

sorry to hear about your loss, I'm beginning to wonder if thats why goldie died, and why my purple snail does not appear to be doing well. Is there anyway to induce egg laying?
