Rachel, shrimp just arrived! Great packaging + fast shipping = no DOA's. Nice mix of sizes & thanks for throwing in a few snails. They are acclimating now, cant wait to get them in the tank.

Rachel shipped my order out first thing last week. (15 shrimp, olive nerite, and some plants) Last time my order arrived in 2 days, so I started getting worried when it didn't arrive midweek. Turns out, USPS misrouted my shipment!! I figured they'd all be dead when I finally got them late Saturday afternoon in the Alabama heat. To my surprise, Not a single shrimp was dead when I opened the box! The snail and plants also are doing GREAT! This goes to show what a great job Rachel does packing and preparing shipments, as well as the quality of the products she sells. Communication was SUPER throughout the entire process. (NOTE: In NO WAY was the shipping error Rachel's fault! USPS simply made a mistake) Thanks again for a great transaction!

This was my first time having a package "disappear", I am SO relieved it all worked out in the end!!! Thanks for keeping me posted and having such a terrific attitude phil!
