Sorry efors but I had to post it. This morning while feeding the Tangs I saw a small fry dart out of a shell grab some flake and swim back in
I really thought these guys were too small to breed but I guess I was wrong. The fry was a pretty good size which means they bred a while ago. It was cool to see.
Also I noticed that the 2 larger white calvus have banished the smaller one to the other side of the tank. Now he is leading a sad existence above the multi colony in the plants. I'm most likely going to have to rehome him. Part of me worries that since he's smaller he's actually a she and I should keep him/her. Not sure yet. It's not like breeding will happen ANY time soon.
Also the blue hap and multis are constantly having disputes. Usually it's just a lot of charging neither have any damage. The haps needs to grow faster so I can move him.
Speaking of multis I lost one. No idea what happened. It was the smallest one I had. Found him pretty beat up and dead the other morning. Another multi has been banished from the group. I'm guessing he's male. I haven't been able to catch him yet.
