OK, so I went to the store the other day and bought some stuff to get rid of the chlorine small. It worked liked like a charm. The smell is gone...everything was going great. Then, out of nowhere, the water got all cloudy. Does that mean it's time to change the water?

it means it detoxified other heavy metals at the same time and a few waterchanges will get rid of that in about 2 weeks. dont use clarifiers, they just make a soup of chemicals in your water.
