Mushroom question

I recently obtained some Ridoria mushrooms all attached to a piece of LR. If place that rock ontop of my main piece of LR will it be ok? The LR with the shrooms are at about the middle of the tank. I have a ten gallon nano w/ 3 t5s.

WIll the mushrooms migrate down? will i get an overgrowth? or will the lights cook the shrooms?

it depends entirely on what lighting they were placed in before, and just hwo good your t5 HOs are. id suggest starting at the bottom, and very slowly over the period of a few weeks, work them up. IF they are not happy they will tell you.
