hey guys I lurked on this one and tried it out with my shroom rock it worked great! Next prodject will be a colt coral so we'll see how that goes. I'm thinking on useing wedding vail on that one though because I hear they can be pretty slimmy and just kind of melt if you use a rubber band. I'll keep you posted.

For colt corals, I've had great luck just stacking rocks so they are touching the colt---maybe using cotton string to tie a small rock onto a good branch. If about 2 weeks, the colt has attached to the rock, and can be cut free from the main stem. It will heal up and re-orient itself on the rock with a bit of time.
