my 180 gallons discus tank

Do you need a CO2 injection for all of those plants? I have a 125 gallon that I want to plant and put Discus in eventually. I'd like to know what kind of bulbs I would need also. The lighting that I have is what came with my tank. All-Glass lighting.

filtration:wet/dry system and rena xp3
ligthing sys:oddysea (mettal halide ,and fluorecent light)
plants treatment:searchem iron and flourish(no co2 using)
heat sys: rena heaters
substrate:Seachem Flourite Black
