In terms of heating, in my nano I find that using an incandescent bulb heats it nicely...even though the light will be turned off at night, the temperature of the water doesn't noticably decrease. For plant growth though, you might need both a fluorescent and an incandescent?

well i was thinking that there will be inverts for sure, and fish im thinging maybe galaxy rasboras, but still thinking about it....

any suggestions?
