My 2.5' Planted tank.

it's actually just normal hairgrass and yes they didn't really grow in tandem with the other plants cos as you can see in the 1st picture i planted it in clumps. i've removed most of it now and relocated them to my shrimp tank.

and if you noticed on the 2nd picture and the 3rd i've removed the riccia too cos they outgrew their rock base and were getting ready to float.

Aquatic Clover looks very much like Riccia but without the problems. I'd recommend it =)

ohya here's mine ... i still haven't gotten the background yet... im trying to avoid fast growers so i dont have to trim every few days...

that was after just planting the clovers... the pygmy sword in the back is just a temp thing.

hmmm...i haven't seen that before in LFS. well just wondering how too keep the riccias' stuck in their base? i've seen some LFS aquariums with riccias and they grow nicely and so far never seen it float except once. some say it's a high maintenance plant cos the leaves tend to break off and float.

wow, absolutely amazing! :thm: Would you mind sharing details on your lighting, ferts, CO2 injecting?, etc.

thanks.
