Are you absolutely sure that the ballasts can support PC's, given that the included bulbs are NO? Also, watch out for fire hazards; make sure those are way above the surface of the water.

How far above the substrate will the lighting be? Is that Eco-Complete you are using?

it will be no more than 2 feet off the subbstrate
