It's a "Ginster Yellow" 98 GTI 2.0L. I also have a '63 sunroof Beetle, 71 std. Beetle, 78 Super convertible, and a 73 Thing. VW's are my passion...but that's another forum, I suppose.

Well, we moved this heavy SOB into the house tonight. Four of us agreed that this thing must weigh close to 400 lbs. I had to set the light in place and turn it on! Next I'm going to unpack the filters and protein skimmer and mock up everything (I still need to get hoses and stuff). I also want to get my water tested before I fill it up....should my local pet store carry a test kit?
I will post more pics as I progress.
