My 29g Set-up

Came home today with 7(!) Clown Killi. I ended up deciding on 3 pair, and he gave me 1 extra.
The breeder also had CPD, and I came home with 4. I am picking up 3 more from the LFS tomorrow.
With the extra killi, I'll reduce my tetra and cory schools 2-3 fish each. I will wait a few days and check my Ammonia and Nitrate, and, if they are 0, will go ahead and add the tetras. The corys will wait until the LFS has them in stock.
I'll update pics tomorrow or Wednesday.

It bloomed. It's very interesting. I found the top of the flower stalk (looks a bit like a garlic scape) just split open floating in the tank and a double-pronged flower on the plant.
Unfortunately, I may have damaged the flower during a water change before adding fish (the stalk itself is incredibly fragile), but I have another stalk close to flowering as well. I'll try to get pics tomorrow.

More pics later, but one for now:

One pic is NOT acceptable!!! :p:

Oh, and welcome back! Yay for fish!

I'll post 'em as I take decent ones! I have some of the screen set-up and Aponogeton flower I'll upload tonight if I have time. The CPD will be HARD to photograph.
BTW, the CPD are eating flakes, and the big killi are eating wingless fruit flies. And they both like frozen bbs, but I have a culture of Moina in transit to me that will be the main source for both, I think.
The stunning cardinal tetras at the LFS are gone, and they don't know when/if they'll get more from the same source. I may go back to embers instead of neons. Not sure. I'll decide Thursday after I verify no ammonia or nitrite spikes from current stock of 7 CPD and 7 Kill (which may drop to 6. 6 of them look great, 1 not so much. Fingers crossed).

Moina? Never heard of that...

For my CPD, I take pics at night w/tank lights on and room lights off. Try to time the shutter in-between their flitting movements... I know it's hard!

Not to be a pain, but you know the blue in cardinals/neons would look really great in your tank! :D
