This is my 3 Firebellied toad's Vivarium and it is a 20 gallon long aquarium. (I think) Anyways, I got my first 2 Firebellies, Venus (Female) and Mars (Male), on October 31, 2005 in Jacksonville, Florida. When we came back to Oregon (Having lived here for half of my life) The two frogs lived happily in their ten gallon Vivarium for about 2 years. But on December 17, 2007 my Male Firebellied toad, Mars, died after he escaped from his cage and dried up under the couch. I missed hearing their croak sessions at night for about 6 months until I found out that we were going to Portland, and my 24 year old brother would bring me 2 more from Seattle, Phobos, a male, and Deimos, a female. (Honoring Mars as their moons.) The reason why we had to bring them from Seattle was that they were Illegal to sell, not have, but sell in Oregon. Since then, Venus, Phobos, and Deimos have been living happily in their 20gal above my bed since June and I have been hearing croaks at night.

Their Vivarium is a half land half water tank that I siliconed myself:

I hope you all enjoyed it!

very nice! their so cuteeee! you could add a few more actually if you wanted. Also I would get rid of any gravel above water level. The toads can easily eat a piece when going for crickets, and if they get a cricket and a rock they might not think about spitting it out, ive heard of a lot of frogs/toads dieing after ingesting a piece of gravel. And do you have a filter in the water? I see something but I cant tell.

thats a really cool setup

You need a tree frog in there now. I had some. I loved them. Keep up the good work.

Ah, I really like your tank! the names are cool too!

Only thing I would change is add more water. Whenever I see firebellies, they tend to gather around water anyway.

Thank you for all the replies, No I do not have a filter in the water but I change it all every 2 weeks or so. The water usually comes up to the glass divider but I was lazy and didn't refill it with water when I took the pictures. I don't know why, but every time I hear my male croaking and getting happy with either Deimos or Venus, they don't put out any eggs and try to get away from him. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Please help me as I want to have a few more Firebellies. (From my own toads)
