not to ask a stupid question but wouldn't it be easier to get a new room mate and hold out for better days in the economy to sell?
 
Sorry to hear this Pete, but we do what we gotta do sometimes. Good luck to you then in your new venture. And how are you going to disguise where the fish tank was going to go?
 
I have other ventures going on, so keep an eye out. I really don't know what I'm going to do with the opening for now. I may rip it out, put a sheet of plywood in and put a mural on it, or come up with something completely different.
 
iv just red 40 pages of nail biteing threadage, thanks for the read cant believe it ended this way..... You got my brain ticking on a huge tank, if at least you have inspired many fish keepers to surpasse there dreams and go for it. thats priceless..... YOUR A HERO, good luck in the future!!!!!

****, man... Just read all 40 pages myself. I hope stuff settles for you and you get this dream tank. I've thought about setting up something like this myself, I just don't have the cash or the brains to work out everything. Good luck.
