Looks nice,

PS--I have large angels in my tank (4) and they do not eat any Neons or Cardinals.

Do not ask why, my 4 just do not.

You take pretty good fish photos! I stink at it. lol

Your java fern and anubias rhizomes will rot if left buried in the sand. Either just place the roots under the sand or attach them to some wood or rocks. IMO they do better when attached to something vs. planted.

My pennywort always does better floating, yours might prefer that too by the looks of it, especially because of the amount of die off at the bottom of the plants.

I love bloodfin tetras! Have never owned them although I hope to one day soon. I can only find that at petsmart, which is actually a decent petsmart though.

Thank know you for the info!
And I probally am gonna take the penny wort out and replace it when my jungle val come in.

Nice tank & pretty baby angel! Do you have a background on it? I'm not sure if it's reflection or hang on back equipment...easy to fix.

I had a very hard time trying to grow DHG in sand & eventually gave up on it. I'm thinking you'll need co2 to make it happy & algae free from what I was told.

Just be warned, my "jungle val" is a pretty fast spreading weed in my 55g river-ish tank, but I like it. It needs at least monthly control, I share with my plant club often, lol, for those with bigger tanks. I also trim it near top water level.

I would hate to see the pennywort wasted though, I really love it when it is big and healthy! When you replace it try keeping some of the healthier pieces floating, bet they do great. Or you can just send it to me! :D

A great start!
