my AMAZING girlfriend

600 gallons?!? Thats like 4800 pounds of water, not including the tanksa nd stands.. is your house built on a slab?
yeah - it's slab!

if not - the floors would have to be seriously supported - probably with 5/8 thick steel sheets and additional pier's.

... and no - she's doesn't have a sister ...

to find a wife like mine - you got to go foreign :grinyes: - no domestic models like this one.

I disagree with that mine bought my tanks as well, all american country girl...lol

hmmm I should take notes :D

My fiance is Woofy.... I win.

We never have to argue about how many tanks or fish, and we fequently have day-long adventures of visiting fish stores.

my hubby is starting to warm up to my fish obsesion

You guys are lucky. It took forever to get my fiance to warm up to my cats let alone my fish. He mocks me for spending so much time on this site. He calls me a "fish nerd". Its all out of love of course.

I have to say, he has come along way. He has offered to barrow a truck and drive 3 hours on his day off to pick up a new aquarium for me while I am at work. What a sweet heart.

He is getting a little more interested in my jacks now that they have laid eggs and he can see how they really do have personalities and intelligence while they care for and protect their young. It just takes some people more time than others to start to look at fish as something other than dinner. LOL! He is trying really. It is endearing that he is doing it all just for me.:hearts: I love him!!

My wife buys me alot too.....she spend every vacation at public aquariums up and down the east coast. She bought me a 5000$ setup for my birthday when we was dating....a 144g half circle
