I have a Betta in a 2G jar at work and he sits right next to my computer monitor. (My 6G Eclipse is off to the side.)
When I came in this morning -- after being gone for 12 straight days -- ALL of his bubble nest was gone in the jar and it's usually huge! At first, I thought he had died because I couldn't find him. I did have someone come in twice to feed my fish and just make sure the aquarium temp didn't drop or the water level suddenly get low...
Anyway -- as the day has progressed, I've been spending a lot of time catching up on things, updating the web for 2003. I looked at my Betta jar about a half hour ago, and he is BUSY BUSY BUSY making another bubble nest!
He missed me! He really missed me!
